Following this initial phase, the next step is to onboard the entire Australian team by the end of August. Finally, we plan to onboard the UK team by the end of the year. This staggered approach allows us to ensure a smooth transition for each region and to address any challenges or feedback along the way. |
| What happens if the platform is buggy and we need to roll back? | We expect there may be numerous bugs, and if the situation necessitates a rollback, we'll execute it systematically to minimize disruption, ensuring clear communication throughout the process. |

We will provide a feedback form for input and offer assistance as needed to ensure a smooth experience with Bizmate. |
| Are there any limitations or known issues with Bizmate that we should be aware of? | Currently, there are known bugs that have been identified and are being addressed by developers; we anticipate uncovering many more bugs during the stages of user testing. Furthermore, we have a roadmap for product enhancements and improvements that are scheduled to be implemented, further enhancing the usability and effectiveness of Bizmate. |
| Will there be any downtime or disruptions to our daily operations during the transition period? | During the transition period, we will provide training workshops to support you in becoming educated about the platform. There should not be any major disruptions to daily operations during the transition period. |
| What is the process for requesting new features or submitting feedback to the Bizmate development team? | To request new features or submit feedback to the Bizmate development team, we will provide access to a form where anybody can submit bugs, request new features, provide feedback, or share any other comments.
